Since moving in last February, I've experiences numerous problems with my toilet. Maintenance would come and fix but would never fully repair. I've had to have them come out every single month since Feb to fix. It's still making a horrible noise.

Another negative experience I had was with The Quarry's gym. While it looks nice at first, get on the equipment and try it before you sign if a gym member is of value to you. It seems at least one piece of equipment, usually a treadmill or an elipical, is down. Plus, it's gets super hot in the building during the summer. It feels as though they turn down the AC in the evening.

There are no real events here. Most are at The Barn, and don't let them convince you that it's just down the street like they did with me. It's a decent 15 min. drive to Dublin. It's not convenient or on the way home if you work downtown.
