My wife and I have been living at the quarry for just under a year, and we love it. We are in a one bedroom place right now, and are considering moving up to a 2-bedroom place. Although it is pricy (the reason we are in a 1-bedroom place), I would say it is well worth it to live here. The management has been very helpful and quick to respond to any request (usually resolved within 24 hours). I had one issue where they claimed to have found a pet in the residence (we don't own one), but that was cleared up very quickly. Aside from that, the apartments seem to be well constructed in comparison to the previous places my wife and I have stayed. There is certainly an issue with bugs, but we are lucky to have a place that is further off from the lake, so it is manageable. All in all, this is the best apartment complex I found in Columbus. If you can handle a few bugs here and there, I think you will find this place is a great place to live.
I should also note, I am not much of a poster when it comes to these review sites, but after reading some of the negative reviews here, I think some things needed to be clarified about the complex. I would say a couple of the posters have some valid points (bugs, management being mistaken about pets), but it seems like most of the negative reviews are coming from people who have never rented an apartment before. A lot of the complaints that are being made seem to be about things that are normal for all apartment complexes (notice before moving out, etc.)
