This place is not worth the money you pay for several reasons. The first is that there are only 2 maintenance men for this entire large community so that should tell you how long it takes to get things fixed. I had to deal with an oven that didnt work for three and a half weeks and a broken toilet for 9 days among other things.The only reason why they came to fix anything was because I kept calling and badgering them. Also these walls are made of cardboard it seems. I can hear everyting that goes on outside and in the apartmetns next to me. Another annoying detail about this place is that there are 10,000 kids here and their parents do not watch them and they like to dart out in front of cars and leave trash in your yard. They also like to play football and sports like that where you park and god forbid they damage your vehicle cuz you would never be able to track them down since there are so many of them. There are many other poor qualities about this place but the final one that I am going to mention is that if you do not have a washer or dryer then you better stay away cuz they expect everyone that lives here to share 4 washers and dryers since the others are broke an have been for over a year!!! I am miserable here and I feel like I got got as they say. Save yourself the fustration and go elsewhere. Pay a little more and live comfortably.
