I recently moved to three rivers from the west side, and I must say that this was quite a step up. The apartments are quite large, the heat is inexpensive, and you don't have to pay for water or sewage. We've only been here for a few months, but I have found everything to be quite pleasant. The maintenance staff is quick, courteous and thorough, and will help you out at the drop of a hat. The office staff is friendly, and helpful. I only wish they had done a thorough walkthrough with me to sow me a little more @ the apartment.
I just can't wait for summer and the pool!

this reponse had to written by someone in the office. Probably that amanda who lies lies lies. these are one of the filthiest apartments i ever lived in.super paper thin walls you can even hear our neighbors walk with the squeaky floors, not to mention being awaken during their love-making moments.roach infested no matter how clean you are.loud arguments late late at night. if you are a light sleeper forget about it.the reported break-ins are true true true.not aplace to raise a family.scared to leave your place unattended over night well you better be. drug transactions (alot of that). but all this has taught me a good and valuble lesson RESEARCH THE APPARTMENT YOU PLAN TO MOVE IN!!!!!!!!.
