The Times Square Apartments suffer from many problems. The plumbing is bad. The drains do not drain. If you use the toilet between 4 and 6 am it may not flush due to insufficient pressure. There is limited storage space. If you need storage space, you have to rent it. The noise is extremely bad. You can hear every footstep from the people who live above you. It sounds like a train constantly going through and the neighbors might get in a pounding war with each other. The apartment might not be fully clean from the prior renter. The windows are shaped such that you will have light all the time. Parking is close to the windows so you get to hear rap, car alarms, and loud people outside your window at all hours. The parking space is limited. The garages are so narrow that your mirrors almost touch the sides. In the summer, there will be lots of drunk college students around the pool area and in the entrence ways. Cigarette butts will be all over. Centepeds and spiders are everywhere. While you would think the high prices would restrict the renters to a higher set of people, that is not the case. The basic resident set is very rude, and not a good set of people. You will be lucky to always receive your mail due to the girl who delivers the mail on this route mixing it up in different boxes. While there are gates at the front, it doesn't really stop anyone from following in behind you or people having their friends over.
