A lot of Cons for a lot of $$$

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Due to a new job, when I moved to Times Square, the decision had to be made split second, and from New York. Once I got to know the Columbus area, I quickly realized I could have had a two bedroom for the price I was paying for a 700sf one bedroom. Was it horrible' No... would I live there again' Probably not. So my experience in a nutshell'
PROS: Location, location, location.
CONS: Paper thin walls/floors (you hear everything including your neighbors walking by), minimal parking availability, parking extremely close to your windows, cigarette butts everywhere, postal service (the USPS girl was shoddy at best), security gate (annoying, didn't serve much of a purpose, made it difficult for visitors).
