Times Square

I've lived there for quite a while and the apartments are great, but several people had their cars broken into. This is supposed to be a gated community and I paid for this feature more than a normal place. THE GATES ARE NEVER CLOSED!!! My car was broken into right beside the building and all the management had to say was sorry can't help you. Since that time I have saw two other cars broken into. BMW windows shattered and they still fail to keep the gates shut. The management just simply says sorry and doesn't even warn neighbors of what's going on. Don't get me wrong, inside these apartments were nice but the fact that I don't feel safe or secure is horrible. I paid a lot for that security and its worthless. If I wanted to have my car broken into, I would've lived downtown.
Another thing is that they boast all these great features such as the pool, and they can't even clean them. They were absolutely filthy in the summer. No one wanted to get in the pool and they ended up going to the Farms or the Barn across the street. All in all it's not worth the money to replace the amount of stereo equipment and windows for an upgraded apartment with a non-working gate.
