That pretty much sums it up... It is the most fun place I have ever lived. People live here because they love it. The property manager is hilarious and knows how to get things accomplished. The maintenance guy Stevie is efficient and pleasant. The Karaoke pool parties are not to be missed. Your stomach will hurt from laughing - trust me on this.
