We have lived here for the past year and have loved it! I have never had any problems and really have enjoyed living here. It is great for OSU students, very close to campus, without being in too rowdy of an area and within walking distance of downtown. There is a beautiful little pool and the grounds are well kept with gorgeous flowers out front. The back of the complex is on the edge of a small park which is great for walking small dogs that the complex allows. Each apartment has it's own patio and despite being in the heart of Columbus, it is really very peaceful to sit out at. They are constantly improving things. Since I've moved in they have painted the hallway and resurfaced and added lights to the parking lots. Tom, the property manager is great, he knows you by name and is so helpful and approachable. The only reason I am moving out is because we are looking for something townhouse-sized, but if you are interested in a one or two bedroom apartment it is really great!
