The Good: Maintenance has always responded to all of my requests with relative speed. Generally quiet w/some exceptions. Licking Heights Schools District is small and that helped my child.
The Bad: Some pretty awful design on floorplans. I live above 3 garages, the noise is bad enough but I truly believe this impacts my heating bill as well. Obnoxious teens at the pool after hours in the summer. You can't take younger children at that time. The three bed rooms have NO garages but the two beds do! Stupid! Plus, you loose virtually all storage in a 3 bed, don't think about barbequeing.
The Ugly: Blacklick power outages! This is not under management's control but it is so annoying. We lose power at least once a week during rainy/windy periods. ANYTHING causes us to lose power. I once lost floor seats to a sold out concert on ticketmaster.com BEWARE!

I agree with the power outages! We have them weekly for a couple of hours each time. Even if there is no rain! We live in one of the two bedrooms over three garages and our electric bill is insane. Not to mention the noisy trucks and teen cars that drive into the garage under my toddlers room!
