I moved in Wake Robin 05-09. I was told that my first month would be FREE "March". The people in the office is VERY RUDE AND NASTY the UTILITY is very HIGH they will not work with you. You have to pay your rent with your utilty that could be any amount i have received utility bill as high is $300. a month your water Bill $25.00 a month you have to pay it all not half but all the first of the month with your rent in full in the winter the ICE IS VERY BAD the gutters need to be replace the mice are bad I clean the apartment up so I could get my deposit of $700. back they made sure that they charge me $700. So I would not get any thing back $500. to replace a kitchen counter top that nothing was wrong with it $2.50 for a light bulb and you can go to the doller store and pay $1.50 for a four pack. PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED every one has complained about the high utilty and they dont care make them last on your list as for the first month being free i had to stay until APRIL 1 that mint they did not give me the first month FREE "APRIL FOOLS" ON ME and I was told it would be when you move make sure you walk through with them they will keep you deposit all of it. I'm very unhappy with Wake Robin Apartments.

This lady is telling the truth STAY AWAY FROM WAKE ROBIN.......THE LEAD MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. We moved out and they found an excuse to charge us $500 for a counter which their leaky faucets caused and their was a stain on the counter from a cooking spice and that was $500. They took a picture of the 3 window blinds and said they were damaged and in actual they took a picture of 1 and submitted as 3. I lived in this apartment even empty I know what rooms are which. they charged us $50 for the paint waring from the cabinet. and one of the fake "cabinet drawers fell off from the glue, This place is a living hell and I am glad to be gone. These are horriable people. The maintence men were nice, and btw they (office staff)( will not put in any work order unless you put it in writing and basically showing you will have proof down the road to show you did it,
