I lived at this address for more then 10 years!

I rented a studio for my college years, a one bedroom for my first years of marriage and a two bedroom once the one bedroom got too small.

The apartment is within walking distance to three colleges (Franklin, CCAD, Columbus State), three theatres (which host excellent plays and summer films), the art museum, the hospital, the library and the mall. Downtown also hosts the Jazz and Ribs fest, the Arts fest as well a Red, White and Boom! (which can be seen from the gorgeuos Topiary Park right across the street from the apartment.) It is also on the bus line for easy access to the Arena District, Ohio State Unversity and the Brewery District!

The staff is friendly and caring! Yvvone (landlady extra-ordinare!) is incredibly efficient and helpful. The maintance staff works quickly and completes most work orders within 48 hours!

There is lots of on street parking but if you'd like you can pay a little extra with your rent and get a space in a lot.

The apartment has a pool and barbeque pit. The residents are really friendly and the pool is a great place to get to know your neighbors!

The apartments themselves are very quiet. I never heard my neighbors above,below or either side. The only noise comes occasionally from the hallway or sirens. I loved my wood floors and there is tons of closet space!

I highly recommend these apartments!
