If you are looking to live downtown and are seeking great value then look no further. Washington Place Apartments may not be the state of the art new construction apartment, but the value you get in the rent you pay is outstanding.

I loved living at Washington Place Apartments as you have a bautiful city park across the street (Deaf School Park), the Columbus Main Library, Grant Hospital, City Center Mall, Columbus State Community College and the Ohio and Palace theatres are all within walking district. The Arena District, German Village, and the Short North are a quick 3-5 minute drive away.

Yvonne (the building manager) is quick to respond to any issues you may have.

I was very pleased with the quality of the apertment I had. I loved having wood floors and large windows to see downtown Columbus.

I was pleased with the security entrances to the building. The police patrols outside the building are very consistent.

I have lived at Washington Place Apartments for since 1996 and would not move to any other aprtment complex.
