When I first moved in, it seemed like a nice little community. I didn't have much time to look for the perfect apartment. Parking is a big problem since they do NOT tow and there are constantly the same unstickered cars in the lot. They let ANYONE move in. People let their kids out at night (and other times) unattended and they can be pretty noisy. The litter is pretty bad some places and there is a safety factor in that there are new people (and many of them) in and out of these apartments (on the same lease) every so often. The staff is nice and tries to be helpful. They get pressured to rent the apartments out so they don't really have a choice about tenants. I would say that one could live here harmoniously if he does a little work and meets his future neighbors and seeks out the quiet part of the circle. I would actually suggest the complex if they started weeding out the "undesirable" tenants who constantly ruin relations between the tenants and the rental staff.
