DO NOT BE FOOLED. Since Triangle Real Estate is so well know for their tricks and traps to get more money, they changed to ARDENT PROPERTY MANAGMENT. BEWARE!
So, Waterford Pointe. I'm near the end of my sentence, I mean lease and I'm wondering what I will miss the most.
The guy downstairs who takes his screaming children into the parking lot where they play catch with a football, hitting all the cars.
The guy up here that tracks mud all over the stairs so I get to walk through it.
No...I know what I'll miss the most...'Really Cool Car Guy' and his old chevy with the insanely loud exhaust...which he starts EVERY MORNING before dawn and sits and revs the engine for 5-10 minutes before leaving.
Waterford Pointe = trailer park without the wheels.
Move here if you love absolutely no parking and trailer trash.
