Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I am a resident here and am not satisfied living here at all. There have been quite a few break ins - both cars and apartments - both which I have experienced! Management does not notify residents of this and it's only from talking to neighbors that I found out how often this occurs. I have had maintenace out three times to fix the same problem and the problem still has not been solved. The electric outlet sparks! You think that's a problem that would be addressed. The office staff leaves early on a regular basis! The parking situation is awful! I could go on and on but my point is DO NOT RENT HERE! Save yourself the headache!
