I have had no problems with Wellington so far. The apartment is clean and well maintained. If I have a maintenance concern, they fix it within 24 hours. I love my neighbors. The lady that ran the leasing office when I moved in was the sweetest nicest woman but she's gone now. I think they rotate leasing agents or something because there were two men after her and now there are two women. I only go in there when I have a maintenance issue or a package though because I have my rent automatically taken from my checking. Otherwise I might not even notice any difference in the leasing staff. The pet policy seems to be flexible. There is a pet deposit and pet rent but my pet rent was waived for a year. The one thing that I can say that I HATE is the fact that the water bill is split between the community. This means that if there is a family of four taking their four showers, washing their four people's worth of clothes, washing their four people's worth of dishes --- they pay the same amount as me, living alone and not washing any clothes at my apartment (I got rid of my set). That is truly annoying and if I hadn't gotten such a good deal on this place, I'd leave because of the water bill. It just keeps going up!

You might want to check with the office about that. My husband and I only pay for the water we use. We have our own bill sent by the water company to us. It may be correct but I would check into it.

The water bill here is so ridiculous. You never get to see the actual water bill. What they say is what you pay. I am sure they inflate the numbers. Make sure you check with the next door complex as well (Bel Air), where the water is included in the rent.
