I have been there for about a year and have had nothing but problems. I constantly have to call for repairs. I had ants and they said they only exterminate once a year and it was already past time for it so they wouldn't come. There are fights in the parking lot and everyone comes to watch. The office personnel are rude and uncaring. I have rented a few apartments and this one was definitely the worse in every way. They also managed to get out of giving us our first month's rent free like they promised. Also, the water bill is outrageous every month. It has always been $60.00 or more and I have never paid more than $30.00 a month and that was in a big house with 3 kids! You are better off living somewhere else!
