I just recently moved into Wingate Apts. They are currently under new managment. They really do care about the tenants and are working to clean the place up. I would suggest this place for any working family to move here. The community is very deverse and very quiet. Check them out. I promise it will be well worth your while.

I think this person is crazy.... I know personally that everyone except maybe this one has many problems, yes they want to bring value up so the staff sounds good but there is little to no action being taken once you are moved in.

Just wait till you have a problem with your apartment or when they start adding fees to you rent then you will see how bad it is
