This property is a disaster. Literally hundreds and hundreds of vacant units, broken windows, kicked in doors, animal and human feces through out the abandoned sections of the property. Owners are unwilling to spend the money required to make it safe. The owners are slumlords and have not shown any interest in truly rehabilitating what was and is one of the worst areas in Columbus. I went to look around before deciding whether or not to rent and after taking some pictures to show my friends, I could not leave fast enough.
