I was considering replying to an open advertisement for leasing consultants at this community but after some internet research and a quick drive through the property, I'm am very glad I did not. The community looks like a war zone straight out of apocalyptic movies like "The Road Warrior" or "New Jack City". Fallen tree limbs, trash, debris, broken windows, boarded-up windows and/or doors. While it is sad, this community exemplifies urban blight. With occupancy hovering in the mid-teems to lower 20% range, this community seems like it is a magnet for an undesirable element. Furthermore, the current management is trying to market the entire community as a migrant community which would, once again, open the door to the type of transient residents which undeniably bring a host of issues. If this leaves any room for interpretation, please read this Columbus Dispatch article:

As a matter of personal safety and health, I would encourage looking elsewhere until this entire area has undergone a transformation, possibly after the government and other agencies become involved in renovating and rejuvenating this area of Columbus. Good luck!
