I have lived here for a couple weeks and I like it. I have not seen anything happening here that doesn't happen everywhere else. The apartments are bigger than most of the other ones I looked at and they even let me look at a couple to pick the one I liked the best. My neighbors have only been too loud once but when I asked them to turn the music down, there were no further problems. As for maintenance, there are a lot of apartments here, so of course, they dont come out as soon as you call but all my issues were taken care of quickly. The people in the office have all been pretty nice too. And I know that they were doing everything they could to make my move smoothe - which is priceless. The rent is great and the location is good. I am definitely satisfied and would tell anyone looking for a good place to check Wingate out.

I am glad your experience has been pleasant. Just wanted to clarify a few things since perspectives can easily be altered when you've not gone through the experiences I have had along with others at Wingate. Understanding that Wingate is a larger complex and that maintenance issues won't be resolved right away is one thing, but waiting 15 days for your heat to be fixed or 4 days with raw sewage in your basement to have no one come after everyday of calling is entirely beyond the scope of reasonable time. Many of the complaints here are no exaggeration, and I assure you that the first time something breaks down that will cause your family to freeze, starve, or worry if they are going to drown in sewage, you will get a glimpse of the perspective that many have grown accustomed to living at Wingate.

if they know they cant handle the tenants they have now they shouldnt be moving ppl in like wildfire.
