This was once a great community and the managers have run this complex into ground
Knob Hill East and West is filled with empty apartments with broken windows,rats,mice,black mold,sewage leaking into the basement.There are 6-7 ILLEGAL -------- living in 2 bedroom apartments.They sell drugs in the parking lot and on there front porches.There have been apartments and cars broken into.They gave the worst office staff and maintenance of any complex.They have been reported to the Franklin County Board Of Health,INS,All Threes networks in Columbus, and The Dispatch for there violations.The trash is never emptied and there is always unsupervised illegal children running around the parking lot.I have friends who live here and have seen this first hand.DO NOT PUT THE LIVES OF YOUR FAMILY IN PERIL AND RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS.THE ILLEGAL -------- WHO DRIVE THERE CARS WITH NO INSURANCE OR DRIVERS LICENSE AND THE FAKE DOCUMENTS THEY PROVIDE THE OFFICE, YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO YOUR NEIGHBOR IS.
