When we moved in the front window was broken it took 3 months for them to replace it with a window from another apt, and it doesn't open. Constant noise from other tenants and their guests, and the development next door. They gave us pool passes which we never used because people from other developments use the pool and it is over crowded. This is a good place for college students not families. If you need repairs they give you excuses or replacements from other apartments.
