Not bad on the price but four blinds broke at move-in. Shower leaks, not much hot water and other issues. Insight only cable choice. Next to train tracks. Needs updated lighting fixtures. A lot of space but your paying what you paid for.

The top portion I wrote when I first moved in but only went down hill from there. Maintenance is worse than bad, slow, unprofessional and unreliable. I just reread some reviews since I lived there and appears they haven't changed. I would take all of it to heart, we had A/C issues that took weeks to fix, bird infestation followed by flies, leaky basement, broken fixtures and many many more. As one reviewer said only live here if your into punishing yourself. If only I knew when we first moved in.
