I've lived here for over two years and have nothing but good things to say. Everytime I've had anything go wrong, they've been here to fix it by the next day. They even brought me a new water heater the day it broke. When I moved in, the carpet and all the appliances were brand new. My place is pretty quiet and we've never had problems with neighbors or anything. Best of all, who could get 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and a basement in a 3 level townhouse for this price in such a great neighborhood. And for people with kids, the elementary school is just 2 blocks away and all the kids are walking together to school in the morning. The roads aren't busy, but they even have a crossing guard when the kids are coming and going. I'd definitely recommend this place for their quality, friendliness, and affordability.

Thats fine. The neighborhood is realatively good, depends if you are next to college kids who party on the weekdays. But don't have your basement leak because its been a year and nothing is being done. The apartment building are old and falling apart. Yeh for the price you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this place.

Apparantly this is someone who works for Worthington Meadows or Crawford and Company. The noise levels aren't bad, but the kids in the neighborhood have to ride on the sidewalks because they'd get run over by the speeding vehicles. If you don't mind living next to a family of 15 --------- IN THE SAME APARTMENT THIS IS THE APARTMENT FOR YOU!!!!
