My husband and I lived in these apartments for 4 years. When we first moved in things were great. Since then the management and staff changed and service has been horrible. We were paying a huge fee for month to month at the end and tried to speak to a manager about concerns we had about our neighbors, parking, maintenance,etc. and she said we had to talk to her manager at their home office. My husband left multiple messages and the general manager only called him back once and left a message. SHe never tried to contact him again.
