When we moved in the place was a mess. Rust, and mold were everywhere and the appliances were broken and out of date. As well as the drain not working in the bath tub. There were also holes in the ceiling. When we complained about this, the maintenance crew told us "Well compared to the shape it was in we thought it looked good, sorry" As if that was an answer or excuse. Were currently stuck in the lease and trust me we will not renew it when the times comes around. The parking is awful and the so called parking pass is never enforced. The AC doesn't work correctly and after many calls to the office nothing gets fixed. In addition, there is a bug infestation problem. I have even found roaches inside of the dishwasher. I DO NOT recommend that you move in here.
