I really like that the units have a security system. When our dishwasher couldn't be fixed, they replaced it pretty promptly, but with a pretty loud one (probably on the cheap). Nice neutral colors, private patio, large rooms, nice clubhouse, and the lake inspires serenity. The cops patrol there all the time, gave me a safe feeling. They let you plant stuff on your own "area" outside, as long as it's not too big or ugly.

The bad' Too many residents let their kids play in the parking lots resulting in damaged cars, and I'm really surprised that no one's kid has gotten run over that I know of. We just moved out, and we returned the keys to them with the unit in perfect condition, yet because we had no PROOF, we had no ground to stand on when they held part of our security deposit for alleged damage. They are severely lacking in garage space. They wait until it looks shredded before they'll replace carpeting, and then they use the cheapest stuff available- we had stray fibers coming up every time we vacuumed. The laminate on the kitchen cabinets has mostly worn off. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were AWFUL. We had them come out at least 5 times in two months because they were making horrible sounds, and they just kept oiling them and wouldn't replace them. And since it wasn't an "emergency", I would have to take off work to let them in (since I didn't want them leaving a door open and letting my cat out).

I cant get my full deposit from them either and Manager was quite rude to me. I want my full refund.
