They are having trouble renting with recent competition in the area. I have been having alot of trouble getting my full deposit back and never dreamed it would turn into such a headache. I have never lost a deposit prior to this place. The Manager just yelled at me on the phone over several unjustifiable excuses, resulting in an upcoming civil court date. It will be interesting to discover how many deposits they have given a full refund to in the past two to three years.
