Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The maintenece is horrible, they need to work on there knowledge of getting things fixed a bit more. The ground used to be good until for some reason the upkeep just went downhill. But all around it's about a 3 out of 10. Choose wisely people, they have high prices and poor service.
