Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
The management staff is pretty clueless when it comes to customer service. While they are very friendly, nothing ever gets done. My air conditioning unit was "fixed" 7 times and when I moved out it still was not working and there was a HUGE hole in the wall that had been there 2 months.
I was promised new cabinet fronts, new faucets in the bathroom and a new refrigerator,and never got any of the items.
The quality of tenants has gone downhill as well. I had to call the police on several occasions due to fights in the apartment above me.
This is not a place I would recommend any one that I liked to live.
