Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I personally hate it here. I've been living here for 2 years and have been waiting for my repairs do get done for almost as long. Mold on window, bugs, etc... Management makes false promises and maintenance people are inconsiderate and lazy. There was also a water main that burst. Management refused to replace demaged things. The hallways are now half painted and half wallpapered. Water shutoffs happen at least 3 times a month.
