I read the other reviews before postng my own. I wanted to see what other residents had to say. Big difference in comments since the building was purchased and new management took over. People seem to have changed their tune. I know when the property was in the process of being sold, the former owners would rent to anyone that came along - just so they could say everything was rented. Once the new management came in, they weeded out the noisy people, started their renovations and hired a new staff. I must say the improvements have made a big difference in everyone's attitude. We were all surprised how nice the pool was this past summer; opened on time, clean, clear warm water. Maintenance service has also improved drastically. I'm glad I stuck around to take advantage of the improvements. I have no intentions of leaving and I recommend Portage Towers.
