I moved here last year not to long after this company took over. I have personally seen how hard they have worked to upgrade many things. And even when something would happen in my apartment, the staff would be here in no time to fix the problem. When I moved in they even asked me if I wanted to have new carpeting put in. The staff is professional and friendly. Very unlike the management staff at the old apartment I used to live in. What a wonderful change! The neighborhood is really nice. I feel safe walking to my car. The management has kicked out almost all the "riff raff". They don't put up with the problem tenants. I can say that it is very quiet living here. My neighbors are very nice. The parking garage is clean. The parking lot is well lit. The owners even put in cameras. Thank you! They are upgrading the hallways and did some major work on the pool. They are even putting in new pipes so there won't be any problems in the future. I can't say enough good things. If you have to live in an apartment, this is the place!!
