I have lived here for a little over two years now, and alot has changed since the new management has taken over. Every place you live is going to have it's problems, but the management here is trying their best to fix them. The outside has had alot done and soon they will move on to the inside of the apartments. When there is a problem the office makes sure that they are here as soon as possible to fix it. But we all just have to realize that things don't happen over night. We can all look at the negative things that frustrate us, but need to realize that good things are coming. My $50 shorts were stolen from the dryer while it was still running and they took care of getting them back for me and handled the situation by getting rid of the person that stole them. ALthough I have had some bad experiences, the people in the office have done their best to fix the situation as quickly as possible. Over all I am happy with my overall experience here.

I disagree with this former tenant. I have been here over six years and have seen the complex go through many changes. The new management is trying to do things as the weather permits...outside things were done in the summer and now they can work on the inside things again. Rome wasn't built in a day and evrything takes time. They came into a real mess with the old owners. They have made changes that make older people like myself feel more secure. They have gotten rid of the "bad" tenants...the ones who caused trouble. The only way people will go through clothes is if you leave them in the dryers way pasted the drying tim and the dryers are needed. Most tenants are very courteous in this reguard. No place will be perfect...even your own home...there are always issues. My repairs have been done promptly and all of the staff has been friendly and helpful. I really like it here and I resent people whining when things don't go exactly their way.
