I have lived at Portage Towers for 10 months and have not been happy since the day I moved in. Ants are a HUGE problem here. Although management has had an exterminator here 3 times in the past 2 months, the ants won't leave. I believe this to be because he has the exterminator do one or two floors rather than the entire building. The problems here are never taken care of properly so they continue even though maintenance makes the "attempt".

I live here too. Ants are awful. I can't use a part of my counter where the dishwasher is. I've lived here for almost a year and they already want to raise my rent. They nickel and dime you to death. The exterminator has been to my apartment probably 5 times. I get my own ant baits and put them everywhere. I totally feel your pain.
