This place was completely not worth the money. Parking lots are so dark, never enough parking, people don't clean up dog poop, and MANY residents let their cats roam around. I've been chased by cats walking to my car, taking out the garbage or just getting my mail. If dogs need to be on leashes then they need to make a rule about cats but I guess thats asking too much being that management would rather waste their time on other petty issues. Deb in the office was cool but the rest of them need to go.

Maintenance never even fixed all the problems listed on my move in check list after numerous requests and the things they did bother to fix it took them several tries to get it right. Wonder what they all do all day cause there's several men.

It seems hard to believe that a new and fairly modern place sucks, but it really does.

Its all about the favoritism between tenants. The "favorites" can do what they want to who they want- even lie about it and management just lets them do it.
