It may be a little pricey, but the management is amazing. My neighbors are quiet and my apartment is really well taken care of. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue I call the office and they say they will be there in one day. They show up within the hour to fix the problem. I woke up early last winter and my heat wasn't working. I called the office and they were there within ten minutes! The landscaping is nice, it's quiet, and I get to look at the woods behind my apartment. I even named a few deer that live back there. I feel safe in the neighborhood, there are sidewalks and the street is lit so we can go for walks whenever we like. I'm trying to move closer to my family, but I'm having a really hard time finding a place that offers as much as this place does for the same price. I've mentioned the pros. The cons are the price, obviously, and the fitness room. It's way too small. Another complaint is the pool in the summer. It's just too crowded and there are kids everywhere. I think people who don't live here are using our pool. But that's just speculation. No apartment is perfect, but this one if pretty darn close.
