I have happily lived in Yorkshire Woods for over a year and I recently signed a new lease for another unit for the next year. I have had only two maintenence issues which have been resolved immediately and the grounds are very well kept. Plus, the parking lots and sidewalks were always cleared very early in the mornings in the winter. The neighbors are friendly and quiet - I am surprised to see that so many of the other posts are from residents with noise complaints since I have yet to be bothered by noise from other units. Also, I feel safe and secure in this neighborhood, which is important to me as a young female. It is slighlty more expensive than other apartments, but certainly worth the expense for the accomodations and location. Finally, the staff, especially in the leasing office, is always friendly and helpful. I can hardly believe so many other authors of posts on this site would not recommend Yorkshire, because I certainly would.
