I have only been here a few months but am really grateful that I found a place to call home. Previous postings have people commenting on the quality of their apartment- but honestly if you have ever rented before then you know very well that all apartments will have bumps and bruises. Mine did and by lunch time that day they were all fixed- no problems. The price is fair for the space I get. I can't find any other apartments that have the same quality w/o loosing out on space (square feet). Rhea is the woman who has taken care of me since I got here and she is very nice. I have never had problems with the management and I doubt I ever will. My neighbors are quiet and nice, and there is a playground/park nearby that always has kids playing. It's quaint. A good starter apartment for someone fresh out of college or with a family. I see a lot of surrounding neighbors with kids but I never have any problems with them.
