I lived on Louella and the street is just terrible drugs, drive-by shootings, police raids, fighting all one this one street. My home was broken into two times the second time they damage alot of property, Told the staff and they tried to charge me for the vandalism that was caused from the burgalry and the staff is nasty to you!
Dont mover there unless you like all of the above!

YOU ARE RIGHT THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONTROLLED BY THE DEA AND THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT. THE STAFF HAS NO IDEAL WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON BECAUSE THEY NEVER COME OUT OF THE OFFICE.. THE ONE OLD MAINTENACE MAN IS THE PITS HE HALF ASS FIXES STUFF AND WHEN HE GET READY. RUN RUN
