The complex has a great location downtown with notable amenities and large floor plans. The size of units relative to the cost is a great deal and the complex has really responsive maintenance staff as well.

Amazing views, super spacious apartment and extremely friendly neighbors! Square One Spa & Salon is attached to the building-which is pretty impressive! They even offer Cannery residents 10% off services--huge bonus! ??????????

Great so far I just moved in, so looking forward to expanding my experiences. I appreciate the proximity to the Oregon district and to the baseball field / waterfront. Parking garage within the building would be preferred for off-loading groceries otherwise solid complex

Everything is great. Only downside is a neighbors dog that doesnt stop barking at their door for hours. It gets extremely annoying, especially if youre trying to take a nap. Literally everything else is fantastic.

Definitely the best living space in downtown dayton. From price to amenities and location. Can't go wrong. The management and maintenance team have done an outstanding job making for a great experience downtown.

Live here! The staff and neighbors are great. Its an awesome community located in the heart of Dayton surrounded by great restaurants and attractions. WPAFB is a quick drive away and its easy to hop on the highway to get to the surrounding areas.

We've lived here for 9 years and love it! The community, staff, and location are second to none in the Dayton area. While we could absolutely afford a house, it wouldn't be as impressive a space as we currently have, why move?

Would love to renew my lease. This place is great! I feel so at home and worry free. Ive never had an issue with my living arrangement. The staff is so nice and on it whenever a question or concern comes up.

Love the location. The gym is next to none, whoever picked out the equipment knows what they are doing. Krissy rocks!! She makes the place what it is. Will help you with any and everything and always has an answer!

Friendly staff, well maintained, quick response to maintenance requests. The building is quiet, and the residents are friendly. The workout facility makes a gym membership unnecessary. Walking distance from Oregon District.
