When I first moved here fidning parking on teh street was next to impossible. They recently added parking meters along two primary parking streets. Now the parking situation is unbearable. Also with added businesses you could park 2 blocks away on a friday or saturday night. 2 blocks would not be a big deal, except that you have to walk by alley ways where many homeless people sleep. My car was broken into about 2 months back right in front of the cannery. The security they have on at night is a joke. And don't count on the security of parking in the parking garage. My motorcycle as well as the building managers was stolen 2 mights ago from the parking garage. No they do not have security cameras. I gave my 30 days notice instead of resigning my lease. And they increased my rent by $450 for one month.

A 450.00 increase is completly BS. I used to work in Property Mgmt...no one has ever done that.
