I moved to Dayton from London, UK and had no idea what to expect. The apartment is great with big windows and lots of character, having the Therapy Cafe downstairs & the Oregon district a 10 minute walk away is a huge benefit. The only downside I've found so far is the parking. There is a garage but there is also a waiting list for a space - it took me two months to get a space and that meant paying for a metered space or driving around to find somewhere on Maddison st or nearby. They have just bought some more land so extra parking is on it's way.
