It started as a great experience with wonderful management but has deteriorated into a marginal living environment. Cleanliness, neatness and customer service have been replaced by dirt, odor and lackadasical customer service. The hallways, stairwells and elevators are dirty and trash is left in common use areas. The dumpster in the back parking lot is frequently overflowing with trash that is stacked on the ground. The sidewalks that provide access to the parking garage are covered with broken glass and debris and the parking garage is filthy. The bright spot to living at the Cannery Lofts was the professional and helpful maintenance staff. They were always willing to assist and made it look easy. Evidently they have been replaced and results are obvious. The Cannery was originally chosen from many other choices because of all that it had to offer (location and ambiance). That has now changed and we will move to a place offering better customer service and facilities.
