Just moved in

I've just moved in and I have found the experience enjoyable. The apartment is quite nice, I have loved working with the staff. Very convenient location, they put brand new carpet in for me before I moved in, the interior of the apartment is attractive and cozy. Parking is no problem, and safe. I haven't experienced any noise from neighbors yet. Doors have double locks, feel very safe. Appliances newer and clean. Bathroom is clean. Pool available during summer months. Church and grocery store within walking distance. Also library, restaurants, banks, Wal-Mart etc. within a few miles. 2 malls close. Pets allowed w/deposit and monthly rent. Mailbox inside unit.

Downsides: dirty blinds and cabinets, but cleanable. Unit door doesn't lock. Fixtures a litle outdated, but replacable. Laundry facilities below average, but usable; will go to relatives or nearby laundromat. Landlady difficult to reach, but very friendly and cooperative. Patio door is old.
Overall: I would recommend these apartments to people who are living on their own or with a spouse.
