Chatham Village

PROS-The workers are always very, very curteous to me. I had a maintenance problem with my shower and they already had it taken care of less than 24 hours after calling them on a Sunday. Great price, $690 for a 2 bedroom townhouse (on sale). They handle UPS at the front office which is SUCH a comfort. The insides are top notch, I'm really impressed with this place. Parkings good in my area as well. Fairly quiet walls, if you get lucky with your neighbors.

CONS-The neighborhood has started getting shady this past year. We have a dog barking next door that I finally complained about and they said they'd leave a note. If they give you any perks (i.e: free rent on birthday month, $200 for suggesting a friend,etc.) CALL THEM AND GET IT TAKEN CARE OF! They won't go out of their way to help you with discounts. People are also starting to come by later and later at night with their music way up. Hard to deal with when you work at 7am. A little girl recently got harrased with her mother by a man in one area of Chatham... sad. It wasn't the first time that happened either.
