Great place to live and reasonable rent...

I currently live at Chatham Village Apartments and have not had any major problems. The one particular issue was the newspaper guy blaring his car radio at 5:30 in the morning as he was delivering papers but that was taken care of and by no means was the fault of the management staff. They are always curtious and the maintenance staff has been prompt with the minor things, like sink clogging, or a toilet running. Overall a great place to live in a nice community.
