Is there free wireless internet at Chatham Village that your computer/laptop can access from any apartment/townhome'

well, be sure to see the actual unit before you move in. the model is all updated, and your unit probably isn't. calm & quiet? compared to what? that varies. depends on whether you get college students for neighbors. weight room usually clean and not too busy, but the pool varies. they have some new pool rules that may help, but who knows. townhouses are better, as far as quiet goes. they do have pretty good maintenance people, but depends on how urgent your problem is. urgent ones do get immediate attention, and the head maintenance guy is really great.

I am moving in very soon. It seems to be a very nice place, the townhome I got is beautiful and spacious, at least the model was and I am hopeful it is similar. Overall, in others' opinions, will I be pleased with my new townhome? Is the pool and weight room usually clean and not to busy? Any trouble around or all calm and quiet?

I will be moving onto Harwich Court, in the back I was told. Is that a nice area? Parking sufficient?
